Hyperlocally Rooted, Hyperglobally Connected

Decentralised systems change and learnings from the Impact Hub Network

An oldie but a goodie! A throwback to the Doing Better Work Together online gathering in 2022. I absolutely loved this conversation - an excuse to nerd out with my colleagues and partners at the Impact Hub at different scales of the network, reflecting on the unique structure of our globally distributed network and exploring the possibilities for locally led, coordinated systems change!

The Impact Hub is the world’s largest locally-rooted global network of entrepreneurial communities for impact and is a co-owned social enterprise with 108 hubs around the world.

In this session we dive into Impact Hub’s unique distributed leadership and co-stewardship model, speaking to the challenges and opportunities of operating within hyperlocal and hyperglobal structures. Expect an honest and open discussion about lessons learned and how local-global co-ownership and connectivity can be part of your network or organisation.
